Terms for Book It
Effective 2026-10-11. Book It by Modern Mustard Seed is provided by Modern Mustard Seed LLC, Kalispell, Montana.
What Book It is
Book It shows listings that businesses enter themselves and passes booking requests from people to those businesses. Book It does not perform, guarantee or insure any work, does not set prices, and is not a party to any agreement between a customer and a business.
For people sending requests
- A booking request is a request, not an appointment. The business decides whether and when to take the job and confirms it with you directly.
- Price ranges are what each business entered and are not quotes. The business sets the final price.
- Send requests only for yourself or with the permission of the person whose details you give, and only for real work.
For businesses
- Keep your listing true: real services, ranges you honor as ranges, ZIPs you serve, and hours you can keep. You are responsible for your licenses, insurance, pricing and work.
- Answer requests you receive, and use customers' details only to respond to their request.
- Your subscription is billed monthly through Stripe at the set price agreed when you joined. Cancel any time from the billing page; your listing stays live through the paid month. Changes to your listing are always included.
- Ordering is a fair daily rotation among businesses that serve the ZIP and trade. No business can pay for placement, and we do not promise any number of requests.
- We may suspend a listing that misleads customers, misuses their details or abuses the service, and will tell you why.
Ownership
Your listing content and your requests are yours. You can export or delete them at any time from the portal.
Liability
Book It is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Modern Mustard Seed LLC is not liable for work performed or not performed by any business, and its total liability to a business is limited to the subscription fees paid in the three months before a claim.
