Requests land in your inbox and your email with a name, phone, ZIP, the need and a preferred time. You call back, then mark it confirmed or declined.
Fair by design
No one can buy the top spot.
Every business pays the same and is listed by the same rule. Claude reads this rule with every answer:
Only businesses enrolled in Book It that list this trade and serve this ZIP appear. Businesses with a service matching the stated need come first. Within that, the order is a fair daily rotation (a shuffle seeded by the date, ZIP and trade), so each business leads about equally often. Placement is never sold: every business pays the same set price, and no one can pay to rank higher. Book It does not rank by reviews or ratings.
What you control
Only what you entered, never a guess.
Your ranges, or none
If you enter a range, the assistant shows it, labelled as yours and not a quote. If you leave it blank, the assistant says you quote after hearing the job. Book It never invents a price.
Requests, not surprises
Nothing is booked behind your back. Every request waits for you to call and confirm. Duplicate and spam requests are held back before they reach you.
Your area and hours
Add ZIPs one by one or by radius, set weekly windows, minimum notice and days off. Pause your listing whenever you are booked solid.
Alerts where you work
New requests arrive by email the moment they are sent, with the customer's number ready to tap. Text alerts switch on once carrier approval is done.
Yours to leave with
Download everything as a file whenever you like, or delete your business and every request in one step. No contract to unwind.
